Games, accounts, and progress
Games may be played without an account. Browser-stored progress can be lost when storage is cleared, private browsing ends, or a device is replaced. Optional accounts or sign-in features may allow eligible progress to synchronize across supported devices.
Leaderboards and nicknames
Do not submit manipulated scores, impersonate another person, include contact details in a nickname, or post abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful material. We may remove entries, limit submissions, or suspend access to protect players and leaderboard integrity.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, bypass security, automate gameplay or submissions, scrape at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer restricted components, or copy and redistribute GameCool games or protected assets without permission.
Intellectual property
GameCool names, code, artwork, text, interface elements, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. Reference to places, vehicle types, or cultural subjects does not imply endorsement by any manufacturer, league, platform, or third party.
Advertising and external services
GameCool may display advertising or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Advertising must not be treated as a game control, download button, or endorsement by GameCool.
Availability and disclaimers
Games and features may change, pause, or be removed. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, preservation of local data, or compatibility with every browser or device.
Limitation and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date.
